Mike York was a fantastic rookie in 1999-2000, posting 82-26-24 in his first ever season in the NHL. This was good enough for third highest scorer for the team, who were pretty dire. He came down last season to 79-14-17, but his potential is massive. If he puts more points up, he'll be a star. As it is, he's very valuable and the Rangers could do with keeping him. Of course, Florida might want to look into whether there are any get-out clauses in his contract, and make a big, fat bid.
