Owen Nolan, the San Jose Sharks' captain, is Northern Irish. He is a
regular fixture in the All-Star Team and scored three goals in 1996-1997.
It took only two seasons for Nolan to become the sharks second all-time leading scorer
and he also holds the Sharks' record for most goals scored in a game.
Nolan scored a career-high points total in 1999-2000 (78-44-40) and went 57-24-25 last season, although he only managed 6-1-1 in the playoffs. |
