There will be Manchester Storm fans howling at this entry, but there is no denying
that Kevin has a real scoring touch. Yes, he's dreadful at backchecking, but every time
he got the puck there was a real feeling of, "This guy's gonna score!". Oh yeah, and
he was born in Birmingham, England!
After playing for the Los Angeles Kings, Hartford Whalers/Carolina Hurricanes and Edmonton Oilers, he came to Manchester, posted 36-16-32 and then left again after an argument with Terry Christensen. Going back to North America, he played for the Phoenix Mustangs (WCHL) and finally the Anchorage Aces, where he managed 10-10-10. Not bad, really. And he's a really nice guy. And he's English. |
